House Rules

We are pet friendly and pets are accepted for 300 pesos or 15usd extra per pet.
Quiet hours from 9 PM - 8 AM. We are a shared complex of 5 apartments with nextdoor neighbors as well close by so ask that all are respectful and no loud noise.
Gym hours are 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM
No parties or events.
Smoking is allowed outside only.

“Chelsea and her place were great for our group of 6. Views were amazing & it was nice and quiet in the evenings. Having the pool was a great addition even though the walk to the beach wasn’t too far. It is at the end of a steep hill but manageable if you’re fit with proper shoes. Kitchen was well equipped to make some meals and we also had a couple in to teach us how to cook a typical Mexican dish….very fun. Chelsea was super friendly and responsive to all our questions. Would definitely recommend her place if you’re going to Sayulita!”

“What a view!! What a sweet spot! My four girlfriends and I had an amazing four nights. It was comfortable, we had plenty of space, and it was super clean. The hill…is steep! I consider myself pretty athletic but was glad we rented a SXS (larger version of a golf cart) which was super fun. The place is super close to downtown and the beach but, being “up on the hill”, it’s quiet, private and, did I mention the view?! There were also some nice extras, a couple beach chairs, beach umbrellas, beach towels, and the swing chair in the living room is awesome!! Overall, a great spot and would definitely stay there again.”
