We are pet friendly and pets are accepted for 300 pesos or 15usd extra per pet.

Gym hours are 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM
No parties or events.
Commercial photography allowed.
Please do not block in other guests and use 1 parking spot only.
Smoking is allowed with care on the balcony only, not inside.

Other Things to Note

Our apartment is not ideal for small children as the balconies have a more open design (exactly as pictured). The terrace doors do close with key.
